NAP102 alternately green and ren in NCC

I have a NAP102 Access Point in Nebula Control Center that alternately shows green and red under “Connectivity”. However, the Access Point stays online all the time. I have other Access Points that do stay green all the time. The only difference is that this Access Point is behind a WDS Bridge with 2x ENS500-AC. How can I ensure that this Access Point also stays green all the time?

    Hi @StevenDuyck,

This could be due to the WDS bridge. Could you check if the WDS connection is stable or not? If this issue still happens after you adjust the WDS connection stability, please help to collect the diagnostic so we can help check.

    Hello

You can find the logs in the attachment. If I run a continuous ping, the AP remains green in NCC the entire time. But it should be green all the time without sending any pings.

    Hi @StevenDuyck,

Thanks for the file. We found the AP disconnect with Nebula because it didn't receive feedback from Nebula.

2025/02/04 07:23:42: Session of client 'd.nebula.zyxel.com' did not send/receive an RPC for too long, disconnecting.
2025/02/04 07:23:42: Netconf connection is disconnected.

In our experience, this is more likely the connection disconnect between the AP and Nebula. Is this AP's uplink topology as you mentioned you use a WDS Bridge with 2x ENS500-AC and then connect to the uplink router/firewall? We assume this is the root cause of the disconnect. Could you bypass the WDS Bridge to verify the connection?

When I connect the Access Point directly to the router, it always stays green. So it has something to do with the 2x ENS500-AC, their IP address is set manually, maybe an idea to set the DNS servers to the ISP's DNS servers instead of the router (192.168.1.1)?
