VOIP over a site to site VPN

Hi,

We have a USG Flex 500 connected via a site to site to a Flex 200 (Both Nebula managed). They work fine except the voip phones in the Flex 200 remote site which connect to the phone system at the other. They ring, but when answered they cannot hear the other user. I believe this is the same in the opposite direction

ALG is off.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Could you share detail what you mean "the phone system at the other"?
