Cannot Access Multy X

Hi,

I've been trying to access my network via the Multy X app for the iPhone running IOS 18.3 (22D63). But it keeps showing me the screen to add Zyxel products. I've restarted the app, tried restarting the phone and checked that it's the latest app version, but nothing seems to work. I haven't tried it within the network as I'm at work where I'm trying from. My son restarted the main Multy X router but still no luck. It has been working before and the network is working before. Is there a problem right now?

One other question is that I haven't seen a firmware update for my routers (I have 3 in my mesh) for a very long time. Will there be any new firmware released for more features, security updates etc?

    As if by magic, I managed to connect but it was very slow!! Was there a problem? Also can you answer on the firmware question? I'm on v2.20(ABKJ.8)C0 (The latest version)
