I can not connect my phone to the Multy U admin interface

I can reset the device and set the WiFi network OK, but I can not add the device to the site i.e. the app can not "activate " the device.

After I press the return to home link it asks me to log in after which the same procedure continues i.s. I can not add the device to a site.

I have tried this with 2 different devices and samo behaviour.

How can I proceed with this.

    I have the same issue as described above but the app will not let me past the install functions process, and the installation keeps getting interrupted by failure to connect to Bluetooth. The WiFi still manages to work, but very poorly, and seems unable to connect the second mesh unit to the main to strengthen the signal.
    I cannot even access the app home page with main menu and all the functions including the contact support function, to be able to move forward. It keeps wanting to install/reboot unit. What is the next step, please?
