I went to dinner, then came home and none of my devices will connect to the 2 APs that I have. I tried restarting via the Nebula portal and just unplugging the devices, nothing works. I just installed these 2 days ago and it's my first Zyxel product. Not impressed.

Hi @GoAway1234 ,
To better assist you, could you clarify the issue in more detail? Do you mean:
- Before dinner, the wireless clients were connected to your APs, but after returning home, they didn’t reconnect automatically?
- Or wireless clients always don't connect to the AP? Additionally, what message appeared on the client’s screen?
By the way, please enable Zyxel support and provide us with the name of your Nebula organization/site here or via the private message by clinking to my account > Message.

That is correct, nothing reconnected. I have more than 30 devices between IoT and computers, and nothing will connect anymore.
The devices don't give any error messages. They just keep trying to connect. As far as I can tell, they don't timeout or anything (although I stop watching after about 20 seconds or so.)
I have enabled Zyxel support and my organization/site are both called "Home."

You can disregard. I've returned the APs and informed my supervisor we'll need to find another vendor.

HI @GoAway1234 ,
We regret to hear that you returned the AP. However, we'd like to share some findings regarding your Nebula site configuration. If you ever use Zyxel APs again in the future, please consider the following points:
In your network settings, the Transition mode is designed to allow wireless clients that don't support WPA3 Personal to connect using WPA2 Personal instead. Since you disabled this Transition mode, devices without WPA3 support couldn't connect to your SSID. Please verify whether all your IoT devices and wireless clients support WPA3.
Generally, for optimal compatibility with IoT devices, we recommend creating a another SSID using WPA2 Personal security and enabling both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands only rather than 6GHz.
We also noticed many clients failed to obtain IP addresses when you set the SSID VLAN as 99. You may want to check your VLAN configuration on the switch/gateway ports that your APs connect to.
