NR7123 Can't connect to Zyxal Air App

Hi, I just got a NR7123 and it doesn't connect to Zyxel Air app, I've tried 3 different Android phones, the web gui works fine and can login as Admin, but app says it can't find the modem.
Another weird behaviour is when connected to the modem's wifi the internet doesn't work, only via cable, I've factory reset multiple times and I still have the same issue.

My Current Firmware Version: V1.00(ACBK.0)b11

    Hi @jjjjpetm ,

    Seems this model is not supported by Zyxel app.

    Can you confirm your model and fw version again?

    V1.00(ACBK.0)b11 is a beta fw.

    Hi, thanks for getting back to me.

    I've returned that modem and got a another model NR7302 FW:1.00(ACHA.3)D0, but still have the exact same issue. It seems that it's very common issue amongst other customers.

    The workaround I found was using a very reliable ZTE 5G modem that I have to find a good spot and then I replace with the zyxel.
