Change registered email



Hi,
I need to change my registered email for but the option to do so is greyed out so frustratingly I’m unable to do this hence me needing help from an admin.
Help please.

I need to change my registered email for the Nebula Control Centre eg what I log into the app with to administrator my home network

Please ensure the new email address isn't a Zyxel account before changing the email address.

it’s saying “This email has already been used for registration.” when I tried to do this. I’ll screenshot and message you it direct.

It means that another account (referred to as Account 2) is already registered with Nebula. Based on your screenshot, your account 2 is grayed-out because you logged in using Google instead of the account + password method.
As a workaround, you can:
- Add Account 2 to the organization’s administrator list under Account 1.
- Transfer the organization from Account 1 to Account 2, so all devices will belong to Account 2.
