Nsa325 v2 can't see external drives from any usb

Hi, I had a couple of years to use my nas and I wanted to transfer some files.
I tried with 2 external drives at all 3 usb ports, but I can't see them.
At log I can see that connected but…
"An external USB hub device is plugged"
"You are currently using firmware version : V4.81(AALS.1)"
Any suggestion please?
