NSC100 alredy registered

I have bought a NSC100 from Ebay for my home lab but I am unable to register it to my nebula account as it is still registered to the previous owner.

Please could I have some help to add it to my account?

    Please try to use the Nebula app to scan the device's QR code and register. Here is a FAQ for your reference.

    The device doesn't have a qrcode.

    When I enter its serial and mac address manually it says the device is already registered to another account.
