[ATP/FLEX] Why does the Device Disconnected message appear on the SecuReporter?

Question :
Why does the Device Disconnected message appear on the SecuReporter, but click 'Got it' can notice the device is still connected.
The device is still connected.
Answer :
The reason why the SecuReporter shows 'Disconnected' is that the device rarely sends logs to the SecuReporter due to the slow DNS resolution response time of the DNS server. If the SecuReporter detects that the device hasn't sent a log for over 15 minutes, it shows as disconnected.
Solution 1. Change the DNS server to 8.8.8.8.
Solution 2. If the user wants to keep the original DNS server settings, please add a Domain Zone Forwarder record to let zyxel.combe resolved by 8.8.8.8.
