FlexH 100 & 200 - Spinning wheel on firewall page in Nebula

Hello everyone,

my FlexH series firewall updated to latest firmware, since yesterday I cannot see their details inside Nebula.

This is what I can see on those pages:

It seems that the spinning wheel under "Backup & restore" could lead to a page stuck.

If I open another Organization with an "old" firewall Flex Series everything is perfectly working.

I was getting this but a reboot of the FLEX H now show the info

thanks for the suggestion, I'm planning to reboot all the FlexH series this night out of range of office hours. I'll update this thread if the problem persists.

after the reboot the pages on Nebula respond quickly. So I don't know how to replicate the problem
