USG Flex 100w Wifi not working

I have a USG FLEX 100w and the wireless is not working. I have it in nebula, wifi is configured and enabled but nothing. I'm stumped and can not find any articles that describes my issue. It all appears to be setup correctly but none of my devices can see the SSID

Could you provide more details about the issue with "wireless not working"?
- Are your wireless clients unable to see the Wi-Fi name?
- Or can they see and connect to the Wi-Fi but have no internet access?
Additionally, which menu did you use to configure Wi-Fi for the USG FLEX 100W on Nebula? Please ensure the Wi-Fi settings are configured under Site-wide > Configure > Firewall > Wireless.
If the configuration is correct but the issue persists, please enable Zyxel support and provide us with the name of your Nebula organization/site here or via the private message by clinking to my account > Message.
