Guest wireless able to access the main network
Hi,
I am looking into a problem we are seeing at one of our sites, the users are telling me they can access the main servers while they are connected on to the guest wireless network. I have checked the settings in place and they look like they should be working correctly.
I have attached some images of the settings in place:
The option to choose Layer 2 is greyed out.
Can anyone offer any advice?
Thanks,
Anthony

Hi @alamb200 ,
the users are telling me they can access the main servers while they are connected on to the guest wireless network.
Please provide the following information here or via the private message by clinking to my account > Message.
- Network topology, including the positions of the main server, APs, etc.
- Main server IP and MAC address
- Guest SSID name
- MAC address of the wireless client that can access the main server
- The name of your Nebula organization/site
By the way, please enable Zyxel support

Hi @alamb200 ,
Thank you for your private message.
At the moment, we don't have enough information about the wireless clients and the server involved to investigate further.
Please check the Community inbox and share the relevant details so we can continue looking into the issue.0
