SecuExtender VPN Client




I configured a USG FLEX 100 firewall in Nebula mode, activated the IKEv2 VPN, and exported the configuration file.
When I try to import the configuration file into my subscription-based SecuExtender VPN client, the message 'Error loading VPN configuration file' appears.
I have no further logs or warnings. I searched for instructions on the internet, but without success. How can I resolve this?"

Hi @PaoloArlotti,
Please help check that you're using the latest version.
And import the correct file.
Please enable Zyxel support access if the issue remains. We will download the file from your site and check if there is any problem.
P.S. In our test, the import configuration is working without any issue.
