Bei mir war ein Stromausfall und habe jetzt keinen Zugriff mehr auf die NAS.

LED Blinkt schon seit eine ewigkeit. Ich kann sie anpingen (CMD)das geht, aber über NAS Starter Utility findet das Programm nicht die NAS.

Was kann ich tun ?

Was ist wenn ich eine NAS kaufe und die Festplatten wo drin sind , sind die Daten noch drauf ?

Probably not. I mean, yes of course the data is still there, as long as you don't wipe the disks. But every NAS brand has it's own disk arrangement, and will want to reformat the disks. You don't write which NAS you have, but in case of ZyXEL all NSA models will recognize and accept each others disks, and so will all NAS models. But an NSA disk will not be recognized by a NAS model.

But there is nothing special on the data volume. You can assemble & mount it on any Linux system.
