Request for NR5103V2 Latest Firmware (Linked from Zyxel security advisory CVE-2024-5412)

Hi,

I was browsing to find solutions for the problems I had with my NR5103V2 lately, including:

  1. Slow connections when browsing the web and downloading files( less than 0.5 mb/s), while on the other hand speed test result seem otherwise!

  1. Unable to connect ipv6, moreover I saved a copy of configuration with the setup I had when ipv6 connection was up, but when I try to load it to the machine it rejected the file with pop up saying the configuration in the setup file is incorrect and cannot be used! ( setup file attached)
  2. LAN port connection speed drop to 100M after few days( sometimes after few hours of running)

The security advisory popped up, so I realized that I am not up to date with latest firmware
1.00(ACIQ.1)C0 which came out last year, so I follow the instruction in the advisory where states: 「 For end-users who purchased your Zyxel device yourself, please contact your local Zyxel support team for the new firmware file to ensure optimal protection, or visit Zyxel’s Community for further assistance. 」in the hope to resolve above issues with new firmware.


I am looking forward to hear from you with the update firmware and hopefully solutions to the above issues.
