One router can't connect to the other router via smart mesh.

All the routers are upgraded to the latest firmware.

The problem router, when connected to the network via cable is working properly, but after that can't connect to the other WiFi routers.

Please advise?

Regarding your description, I couldn't point out what issue you encountered. However, in most cases, this issue is due to the low uplink signal strength. Smart mesh needs to ensure the uplink signal strength is > -65 dBm. Please try placing this AP closer to other APs.

Both routers are very close to each other, the distance is not a problem.

Once the router is on, in stead to connect, it starts blinking red all the time and can't connect.

But when the router is connected to the network directly with cable, it is working.

Could be a hardware problem?

May I know which is your mesh root? One of NWA90AX PRO? Does the root also has the uplink connected?
