Problem with SSO setup on Zyxel account

Hi all,

We recently tried to setup SSO on our Zyxel Partner portal.

We later recieved an email saying that there was a problem with the SSO setup and a link for an emergency login.

There does not seem to be a way to deactivate the SSO temporary until we can resolve the problem.

Has anyone else come accross this?

    Hi @LukeArchbold ,

    Thank you for sending the screenshot via private message showing the Microsoft Entra ID login failure.

    The issue occurred because you entered the full email address in the domain field.

    After logging in again using only the domain name (without the email address), you were able to sign in successfully.
