    I can't connect to the device. Reinstalling the app fails with a "Settings error."

    I own a Zyxel Multy X (model WSQ50, EU region).
    Could you please provide me with the latest firmware V2.20(ABKJ.8)C0 and the update instructions?

    Hi!

    I mistankely downgraded both my Multy WSQ50 and WSQ20 using USB stick. Now both devices no more link to my account as they seem work almost correctly I am unsable to manage my network.

    Can pls somebody pls post both mentioned firmwares?

    The one I need for WSQ50 is V2.20(ABKJ.8)C0

    And the one for WSQ20 is also missing.
