I need your help with the latest firmware for Zyxel Multy X WSQ50.

I have factory reset both units, but the setup fails when adding the second node. I receive the error message Settings Error, and I cannot access the device in the Multy app.

I have the same issue with 3 units of WSQ50 Zyxel Multy X devices. Could you send me the Firmware version V2.20(ABKJ.8)C0 to update the devices manually?

Hello, I have 2 wsq50, and have a issue with them, I cannot connect them in mesh mode, app freezes after adding one of them, please send me latest firmware and maybe multy app apk file. Thanks..
