    Hi @Luke77

Following our inspection of the your environment, we confirmed that the cellular WAN signal quality was good at the time of reconnection.
However, based on the syslogs, we observed that between the evening of July 29 and the morning of July 30, the Cellular WAN 1 interface (via ccmni1/ccmni2) repeatedly went up and down.

We recommend enabling Network Monitoring on the device to observe whether this behavior stabilizes or improves over time. Path: Go to Network Setting > Broadband > Cellular WAN Enable the "Network Monitoring" option

Additionally, it will be helpful if you can record the "No network over ethernet" timestamp. This allows us to compare the logs.

Ok i enabled Network Monitoring :)

    What should I do now?
Should I wait for the problem to happen again and let you know here?

    Hi @Luke77,

Please help to monitor for one week. If the issue happens again, please let me know the timestamp and help to check if the Zyxel support access is enabled (usually enable for 21 days when first enable).

Hi @Zyxel_Melen i'm not sure because i was not in front of my pc, but maybe the issue it's occurred again today 02/08/25 around 9:53 local time, because I had the same symptoms.

I don't understand where you noticed this "However, based on the syslogs, we observed that between the evening of July 29 and the morning of July 30, the Cellular WAN 1 interface (via ccmni1/ccmni2) repeatedly went up and down." Could you explain where I can see it so that as soon as I have the problem, I can analyse the log to see if the same thing has happened?

    Hi @Luke77

Thanks for the information. Based on our review, we did not observe any disconnection from the Nebula CC at the reported times, 14:27 on August 1, 2025, and around 09:53 on August 2, 2025 (local time).

Compared to the previous incidents where the device experienced repeated disconnections from the CC, we’ve seen noticeable improvement in connectivity after enabling Network Monitoring. However, you reported there occurred the same issue. Could you help with these actions?

    1. Export the logs in System Monitor > Log System Log. image.png
    2. Capture a screenshot for page Cellular info. image.png
    3. Do some ping tests to check the connection is disconnected at which device.
      1. Ping Internet, ex 8.8.8.8.
      2. Ping FWA710.
      3. Ping FritzBox.

Additionally, we found the current SINR is -4, this is not good value. When SINR values below 0, the connection speed will be very low, since This means that there is more noise in the received signal than the useful part, and the probability of losing an LTE connection also exists. We recommend this value should >= 20 dB. Please change the placement to adjust this value.

About the "Cellular WAN 1 interface (via ccmni1/ccmni2) repeatedly went up and down" logs, we are checking on this and I will update you once I get further information.
