Sometimes the link negotiation fails but I had I idea if your switch supports it change the link speed on the port for the Cerbo GX to 100Mb

    Hi @ChrisLau

Thanks for the update. Let me update what I found. First, I tried to capture packet on FWA710 and the AP, but both of them didn't receive any DHCP packet. Both of them should received a DHCP request packet from this device. Also, the FWA710's Arp table doesn't list Cerbo GX.

Second, I noticed that the Cerbo GX sometimes shows it IP address on the AP's Current stations info, but sometimes it doesn't.

Not sure if the Cerbo GX was sleeping when I check, or the unmanaged switch has some issue.

    Please help to try:

    1. Connect a PC to the unmanaged switch and open the Wireshark to monitor DHCP packet. image.png
    2. Reboot the Cerbo GX to let it send the DHCP discovery packet.
    3. If you find the DHCP discovery packet from Cerbo GX, please also check if the FWA710 send DHCP request and the reset of DHCP flow (request/ACK packet).

At 02:35 today my installation went offline and i have no contact anymore. I guess this coincides with the time you updated the settings. No worries, this is not critical, but I’m unable to accesses it physically as this is a remote installation. I’ll be able to check this coming weekend.
