Drastic throughput drops recently.
Options
Until the last week or so (when one of my APs bricked itself, and I had to buy a replacement) I was able to get my full bandwidth on speedtest.net (approx 420mb/s) if I was in the same room as one of my NWA130BEs, and throughout the house I was able to get between 100% and 70% of the bandwidth.
Recently, I am getting less than 50% regularly in the same room as the APs.

Hi @Andrew_em,
To better assist you, could you please help clarify the following:
- Could you share your current network topology?
- Just to confirm — are you saying the new AP you installed last week has now started to show lower throughput, even without any configuration changes? If any settings were adjusted recently, please share the details (screenshots are welcome).
Meanwhile, here are a few suggestions that may help improve your network performance:
- Make sure your AP is running the latest firmware.
- Ensure your client (e.g., laptop, phone) has up-to-date Wi-Fi drivers.
