Switches signal offline?

But the seem to work. I can't manage them from Nebula? I have tried a 1915 & a 1920, same problem. What's up with this? Will you fix it?

Regarding your Nebula switch offline problem, it is usually caused by the network environment preventing the switch from connecting to the NCC, rather than a bug/defect that needs to be fixed.
