Switches signal offline?

Regarding your Nebula switch offline problem, it is usually caused by the network environment preventing the switch from connecting to the NCC, rather than a bug/defect that needs to be fixed.
Please refer to this FAQ
for troubleshooting steps. If the issue persists after trying these steps, could you please provide the tech support files so we can investigate further.
