Nebula Device status On, but cannot reboot device today at 14:40

We checked Nebula Device status On, but cannot reboot device, please advise us. Thank you.

    Hi @Cyber_IT

    I still not see this group in my list. But please note that, the Nebula Orchestrator/SD-WAN Nebula and the VPN series firewall had reached their End of life (EOL) status, which means the support we can provide is limited.

    We want to clarify if this issue is because the device didn't take the reboot action/process. Could you help to power off the device(about 30 second) and power on it? If this doesn't help. We recommend to upgrade your firewall to USG FLEX H series for optimal performance and support.

    Hello Melen,

    But the case is same as my post on August 2023, all device cannot through nebula orchestrator reboot device. Then the issue is fixed by your team. Thank you.
