VPN con Firewall NSG50

Hi, just want to know if possible set VPN IPsec over L2TP on NSG50 at my client home for connect from outside the house

Yes, it can. Please reference this FAQ:

Additionally, you need to ensure your NSG is using public IP or behind NAT. If is behind NAT, your uplink router needs to enable UDP 500, 1701, 4500 & TCP&UDP 50, 51.
