Regarding the issue of resolving nebula-****.d2ns-nbl.com, could you please first check your device’s status in the NCC?
If the device is offline, it will not be able to resolve the domain name.
If it is online, please verify whether the domain can be resolved correctly by running the following command from your local network:
nslookup nebula-********.d2ns-nbl.com
If the issue still persists, please enable Zyxel Support Access and provide your org. & site name via private message. This will allow us to review your site directly and assist you more effectively.
