how long does it take to delete devices from Sites

One of our clients decided to add devices into an account they created. In order to manage the devices for them I have deleted them from their new account but cant add them to ours, they say they are still on their account. that was 12 hours ago.

how long will it take to release them?

    When a device is removed from an organization, its ownership still remains with the original owner account. That’s why you’re unable to add it to your organization.

    To transfer the device to your account, please use the Nebula Mobile App to scan the device’s QR code and register it again under your account.

    This method ensures that the ownership is properly updated and the device can be managed from your side.

    Hi

    I have exactly the same issues

    I have 1 account

    2 organisations setup

    I have APs on organisation 1

    I removed them from the site via the app

    I try to add them to organisation 2 via the app and it says the device is still registered with another organisation.

    Is there not a better way to fully remove devices or transfer from one organisation to another under the same account??

    Hi @Sitchey,

    Please use the Nebula Control Center (NCC) web portal to remove your device from the original organization, as the mobile app does not support the "remove from org" feature. For steps to properly move your device to another organization, please refer to this FAQ.
