5.41 FW update with delay

Hello everyone,

I tried to updated several firewall Flex series manually, but some of them failed.

As you can see here:

You can find an example where it seems that the last update was done at 21:15 (some minutes ago…) but the firmware version seems to be always the 5.40 instead of the 5.41

Very strange behaviour, because I saw that firewall rebooting so I thought 5.41 was done

Maybe the firmware failed and you went back to 5.40?

Is firmware type set to latest?

I tested firmware upgrade and successed. Could you enable zyxel support access so we can check the related logs?
