I would like to request the latest available firmware for my Zyxel Multy X (model WSQ50).

Currently, the device requires a firmware update, but the update is not available through the mobile application, and there is no downloadable firmware file on the official website.

Please provide the latest firmware version along with instructions for manual installation.
