Zyxel 5G router FWA505 out of connection

Bought a new FWA505, placed my 5G data SIM inside, upgraded to latest firmware and yesteday worked nicely. Today no connection, I tried several physical powering on/off, no results. The data SIM is correctly working (WINDTre Italy), I tried it in other devide. How to contact customer service for a remote control on my router?

Regarding "No connection" on your FWA505, could you please share more details to help us better understand the situation? For example,
- Are your clients still able to see and connect to the FWA505’s Wi-Fi SSID, or is the SSID not visible at all when the issue occurs?
- How do the LED indicators on the front panel behave during the issue?
- Are you able to log in to the Web Configurator (default
192.168.1.1)? If yes, please check and share:- Cellular Info page
- System Info page
- Cellular WAN Status page
Additionally, please enable Zyxel Support Access and provide us your org & site name so we can check your device directly.
