[NEBULA] VPN Alerts but tunnel is up and active

When we activate the VPN alerts we receive an alert about every 15 minutes. However, the tunnel is up as we have been running a ping monitor to test traffic. This is only happening at one site. Others are working and alerting like normal,

How does the alert test tunnels? I did see the post about subnets and making sure the remote gateway called in the addressing/setup. Support has been of no help.

    Hello Community,
    Update this case, the issue occurred because of the mis-configuration on NAT traversal and conflict LAN subnet the symptom resolved after the correction. =)
