SCR50AXE V1.30(ACGN.0) - Misalignment in traffic counters

Hello everyone,

as you can see it seems that today the security router processed about 6 gigs of traffic but not all counters are up to date:

On Nebula webUI you have the same values in the widget "Security router network applications":

How can I solve that?

Regarding the issue you've encountered, please let me first clarify that the Threat Management statistics match WAN Usage.

Additionally, when Application Usage shows "no data," this is because some static IP addresses aren't recorded in Application Usage statistics.

Therefore, would you be willing to test this issue with the V1.30 DF firmware?

how could be possible that some static IPs' traffic values are NOT recorded in a security router?

Is it possible that it misses the traffic going outside?

The empty Application Usage data occurs because it collects statistics differently from Threat Management. Static IP clients may not be recorded, leading to empty entries.

Would you like to try the V1.30 DF firmware to address this? If so, we can build a DF based on V1.30 specifically for your testing.
