Hi @GiuseppeR ,
With this firmware, we found that:
1/ Security router network applications on Nebula portal appears:
2/ Security router network applications on Nebula portal and Applications on Nebula Mobile APP statics are the same, show the outbound WAN application usage over the past 24 hours.
3/ Most Active Clients on Nebula Mobile APP:
The "Most Active Clients" section below includes both outbound and inbound traffic — for example, data backups to a NAS. As a result, the traffic shown there may sometimes exceed the Application Statistics, depending on the traffic activity in your network.

Hi @Zyxel_Judy
please anonymize the name of the ORG and all the devices' names as I do all the times I share infos on public forum.
As per screenshots I shared with you via PM and considering:
- "Application" widgets show ONLY outbound traffic.
- "Most active client" widgets show BOTH inbound+outbound traffic.
Considering also:
- outbound traffic is the traffic going from LAN to WAN
- inbound traffic is the traffic going from WAN to LAN
I start from here:
and I understand that about 79% of 4 gigs of traffic is the value of outbound traffic for "steam" app.
So I expect that "most active clients" widgets show higher values, considering your statement:
But I see this:
Where that PC, looking into its infos, shows these details:
As you can see here there is NO match for the sum with red arrow (inbound+outbound traffic) compared to first value highlighted with blu arrow:

If I understand correctly what I see on your UI and shared via screenshots above…
if the "Application" area is only for outbound traffic, it should go ALWAYS with lower values compared to "most active clients".
In this case it is NOT so.

Hi @GiuseppeR ,
Could you please share the Nebula organization and site where you check the usage information via private message? In case, you checked the site you shared with us, please tell us the time you took the screenshot. We'll take a look from our end.Regarding the site you provided in the private message, we can see that the Applications usage in the past 24 hours shows 7.26 GB, while the Most Active Clients shows a total of 7.96 GB across the five clients. It follows our behavior.
When clicking into the most active client (88:A4:C2:58:xx:xx, for example), the download and upload usage appears to be consistent with its application usage.
