Notes Fields on GE1 and GE2

It would be nice to have a notes field on each of the inbound ISP objects. This would allow us to add details regarding that specific ISP such as the ISP Name, Support Number, contract ID, Circuit ID and such.

That way a tech who's troubleshooting an ISP issue from the inside out would have the details necessary to contact their ISP support right at hand.

Currently, the Description field is available for users to take notes, where you can also enter ISP-related information.

Or would you prefer dedicated fields for ISP Name, Support Number, Contract ID, and Circuit ID, please let us know.
