multiple GS1920-24HPv2 suddenly gone offline

Hi, Is there a known issue with the GS1920-24HPv2 switches? multiple have suddenly gone offline in multiple sites, perhaps a firmware upgrade?

There are currently no confirmed global outages or firmware defects reported for the GS1920-24HPv2 that would cause multiple units to go offline simultaneously.

Please confirm if the offline issue has been resolved. If not, and if these are cloud-managed switches, kindly follow this troubleshooting guide first for quick checks and tests.
