multiple GS1920-24HPv2 suddenly gone offline

There are currently no confirmed global outages or firmware defects reported for the GS1920-24HPv2 that would cause multiple units to go offline simultaneously.

Please confirm if the offline issue has been resolved. If not, and if these are cloud-managed switches, kindly follow this troubleshooting guide first for quick checks and tests.

If the issue persists after troubleshooting, please share the following:

• Collect the Tech-Support file and provide it via private message by clicking on my account > Message
• (If applicable) Enable Zyxel Support Access and provide your org/site name
