Installation Multy U fails

during installation with app all steps work. Internet works. A wifi signal is there. LED lights blue and pink as it should. But then no connection between app and device. No configuration is possible.

Configuration with web also not possible because of parental control, which is impossible to deactivate. Reset done, but parental control still keeps active and blocks everything.

Any help for me? Thanks.

Regarding the issue you’re experiencing with your Multy U units, please make sure both the Multy U firmware and the Multy app are updated to the latest versions:

• Multy U: V1.00(ABMY.13)C0
• Multy app: V2.6.4.250701

Please also note that the Multy U series has already reached End of Life (EoL) as our support is limited. For optimal performance and ongoing support, we recommend considering our current security routers or AP offerings:

hi Tina and thanks for your reply.

The app has the latest version but how can I know the version of the device Multy U if I cannot reach his interface? And how can i find the latest firmware? And how can i install it?

I know there are others devices. But none has this beautiful design with big nice LED.

The Multy U works well, wasn’t used until now (like new). It would a pit to change them for no reason and it wouldn’t be ecological.

it should have a way to access to his settings, in order to change the name of WiFi and password. I just need that. And keep it updated of course. I don’t need big support, just connecting to the app or web interface to make these little changes…
