Adding Actual Connectivity Check to WAN 'Up' Status

In response to the requirements raised by user @GiuseppeR, we propose the addition of a WAN status indicator that shows "Up" only when there is actual network connectivity. This would help users know whether the WAN port truly has connectivity, rather than just a physical link.
