Updating XS1930-12HP to

Hi all,

I'm trying to update to 480ABQF5C0, but after a few seconds, I get a "502 Bad Gateway" error. I'm currently running V4.80(ABQF.4).

Has anyone been able to update to the latest version? 🤔

Some forum users have upgrade to the latest firmware version.

What method did you do when upgrade your switch? Access to the switch by direct connecting PC? Or upgrade via VPN?

I'm accessing the XS1930-12HP locally, not through a VPN or reverse proxy. My PC and the switch are on the same subnet. Ports are reachable, and the login page returns HTTP 200 OK.

During the firmware upload, ping remains continuously available with no packet loss and the switch does not appear to reboot. Firefox returns either 502 Bad Gateway or NS_ERROR_NET_EMPTY_RESPONSE after a few seconds. Tested with Edge and Chrome as well. I'm uploading the extracted V4.80(ABQF.5)C0 firmware file.

To upgrade the switch firmware, browse the location of the binary (.BIN) file and click Upgrade button.

there is a Firmware slot before you upload change this to the the other number listed Current Boot Image slot shown above

Please help to record a video by Jam.dev plugin which will record the browser network for us to check this issue. And please also collect the switch tech support file to us.
