Customize captive portal since release 20.10 Nebula

The customization of our wifi captives portals does not work anymore since the release 20.10 of Nebula Cloud. It is normal?

With 20.10 version, Nebula:

• Has enhanced the Captive Portal Theme Profile security design. Updating the Captive Portal Theme Profile may invalidate existing user sessions. As a result, connected users, including those using mobile devices, may be required to log in again after the update is completed.
  
• Has the new feature as Nebula Identity Federation Service (NID FS): If your SSID is configured to use the newly introduced NID FS (e.g., signing on via Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace), the login page is hosted directly by the third-party Identity Provider. Consequently, local Nebula theme and text customization for the login page is restricted in this mode.

If you did not update the Captive Portal Theme Profile and did not select the NID FS option, but the customization of the WiFi captive portal still isn't working, please share the following information:

• The specific symptom you're experiencing with the captive portal customization
• Any error message displayed

By the way, please also share the Nebula organization and site name, and enable Zyxel Support access so we can take a closer look.
