Nebula login lost after Google → Aruba email migration
Hi @Zyxel_CSO ,
I used to access our Nebula organization with "Sign in with Google", using our company email address. The domain was hosted on Google Workspace.
We have now moved our email from Google Workspace to Aruba, keeping the same domain and the same email address. The Google account no longer exists, so the Google sign-in fails and I can no longer access Nebula.
The email address itself still works (now on Aruba). What I would like is to keep the same account and organization and simply switch the login method from Google to email + password.
Resetting the access point is not an option: it is in production, and a reset would cause downtime and the loss of its configuration.
I can prove ownership (purchase invoice, device details) and control of the domain and mailbox by private message or email, whichever you prefer.
Could you please tell me how to regain access without resetting the device?

Hi @ldsn,
Welcome to the Zyxel Community!
To help us investigate further, could you please send me a PM by clicking my profile > Message with the following?
- The email address of the account you previously used to sign in
- Proof of ownership
Once we have this information, we will check it with our team.
