What password to login Web-GUI when NSW100 doesn't connect to NCC?

Welcome to Nebula Forum.

We would like to confirm with you about two conditions to access NSW100 local web-GUI.

1. NSW100 is never connected to NCC

Since there is no default IP for NSW series, please use ZON to setup a static IP and then login into local web-GUI by default password 1234.

a. Connect Ethernet cable from PC to one LAN port on NSW and then click IP configuration.
b. Select IPv4 setting > Static IP and ensure your PC is on the same subnet.
c. Open Web GUI.
d. Enter the User name is admin and the password is 1234 by default.

2. NSW100 has been registered and shown online on NCC previously but losing NCC connection at present.

NSW100 login password has been changed to NCC general credentials. You can get the password info on NCC > SITE-WIDE > Configure > General setting > Device configuration > Local credentials, click Show password as below:

The rest of the steps are same as condition 1 but the password is changed to NCC general credentials.
