Hi, Not sure if this is possible, is there a way that I can increase the idle timeout for my Nebula cloud account?
If I'm on a site (or at my office desk) all day I'd rather not be logged out every 10 minutes and have to keep inputting username / password / MFA / pick site etc etc.especially if there is nobody else on site who can get onto my PC.
I've tried changing the settings in Organisation-wide >> Security >> Idle Timeout to 120 minutes (see screenshot) but that seems to make no difference.
Thanks!

    Hi @Dudley_Winchester,

May I know if you could share your organization/name and enable Zyxel support (located at HELP > Support request). I would like to check the status on your site, because idle timeout feature is working fine in my local LAB.

    Thanks

    Hi @Dudley_Winchester,

Before we dive in, I would like to inform that "Idle timeout:" was designed to follow the most fewer minutes within all the organization which your account could manage.

    Example:
Org A. idle timeout is set to 5 minutes
Org B. idle timeout is set to 12 minutes.

    Result:
The account will be logged out after 5 minutes.

I assume you have other organizations, am I right?
