How to restart the Multy X unit?

Sometimes common issues can be resolved by restarting your device.
There are two methods, power cable and Multy X app, to restart your Multy X unit as described with the following steps.

Restart via the power cable

Step 1: Unplug the power cable from your Multy X unit.
Step 2: Wait about 10 - 20 seconds until it is fully powered off.
Step 3: Connect the power cable back to your Multy X unit.
Step 4: Wait for two minutes until it is fully powered on.

PS. It will take a few minutes and your Internet connection will be briefly interrupted.

Restart via the Multy X app

Step 1: Open the Multy X app which is installed in your mobile device.

Step 2: Tap the "Menu" icon in the top-left corner on the screen.

Step 3: Tap "My Multy" in the menu.

Step 4: Tap the name of the Multy X unit in the list.

Step 5: Tap “Restart” to restart Multy X unit.
