Sometimes you may need to reset the Multy X unit to its factory default settings. The reset button is in a small hole next to the Power Jack in the back of the Multy X unit. Please use a paper clip or toothpick to press the reset button for 5 seconds and LED will start Red Fast Blinking to show you the Multy X unit is resetting. Then all the settings in the Multy X unit will be restored to factory settings (including SSID and passwords).
