When your client detects Multy X WiFi network but is unable to connect to it, please follow the following steps to troubleshoot.
Open the Multy X app and confirm the settings (SSID and Password) of Private network/Guest WiFi are correct.

Step 2: Check the wireless signal strength.
Check the wireless signal strength of Multy X network from clients. If it shows a weak indicator, please move closer to Multy X and try to connect again. Weak wireless signal or too much interference in the environment sometimes may cause the connection problem.

Step 3: Update wireless client's driver.
Update the client's wireless adapter's driver to the latest version and try to connect again.
