NSA320_keeps crashing

I have added a new switch to my home network and some how NSA320 crashes (Not Connected). I have check all my setting and have set static IP for it.

Hi,
If NSA320 directly connects to router, does the problem occur?
How about change the static IP to DHCP? And check switch setting, if some config to block the prot?

If the switch is a manged switch, make sure there are no IP conflicts. Also make sure the static IP you set on switch and NAS is outside of the DHCP scope.
