It will be helpful to clear the Bluetooth cache in your Android phone if you’re
having trouble while discovering and setting Multy units. To do this, please follow the steps below:
- Power on your phone.
- Select the Settings icon.
- Select the Application Manager.
- Display all system apps (you
may need to either swipe left/right or choose from the menu in the top right
corner).
- Find and select Bluetooth.
- Select Force Stop.
- Select Clear Cache.
- Select Clear data.
- Toggle Bluetooth off and then
back on.
- Once completed, restart your phone.
