Nas 326 torrents slow to start, have to reboot to get it working.

So slow, that's it's usually quicker to turn off/on, then the torrent starts immediately.
The NAS seems to go to sleep and ignore all new torrents, then I restart it and it immediately gets to work.

Anything I can do apart from rebooting?

I did not meet this problem with my NAS,
maybe have a scheduling to auto power on/off NAS as workaround.
